Planning

Find a Build Site
If you haven’t found the perfect build site yet, we can help. We can set up a search for location, features, & budget. We can also review a site you have in mind, we know what to look for and what to avoid, to minimize risks & buy land with confidence.
Plan Design
Let’s design you the perfect home to fit your needs and wants. 90% of are homes are custom plans. We also have many existing plans to browse. Experience to provide creative insight to create the home plan that is the perfect fit for your lifestyle & design style.
Specifications
Let’s review our well-thought-out Base Specifications and explore opportunities to customize. Our Specifications are detailed & transparent so you can be confident in what you are getting. Your Homes Base Specifications surpass the industry standard. Let’s get your home dialed in for maximum liveability & style.
Pricing
Pricing takes us approximately 3 weeks to complete and have ready for review. During the Pricing Presentation, we will review the pricing breakdown, allowances, and discuss options to make edits. Once we have everything where you want it, we can proceed to Contracts to get started.
Construction
Let’s Build! Contracts & Financing
Review Contract and Supporting documents for signing. In regards to financing, if you need a recommendation, we have lenders that can provide financing as low as 5% down and use your existing homes equity to source the down payment. This allows you to stay in your existing home until your new home is completed.
Finalize Interior Design Selections
We will team you up with our professional Interior Designer to begin meeting & finalizing selections. Our interior designer will hold your hand through the process, visit showrooms, help your vision come to life!
