Your Homes, LLC, is a residential building company. We work with clients from plan design to completed home construction. We have a highly skilled team and love customizing to meet our client’s needs and wants. Our attention to detail and quality are some of the reasons our homes stand out from the rest.
We know that budget is important and we stay thoughtful about budgets throughout the process. We build homes in all price points.

YOUR HOMES was started by Tim Schollaart in 2003. Originally named Tim Schollaart Builder, but as business grew, Tim decided to change the name to Your Homes in 2019 to bring focus to the entity and team, rather than an individual. As volume increased, so did the team of talented people who share Tim’s homebuilding vision and service to others.
It began with Tim’s PASSION TO SERVE others. Starting with using talents in carpentry learned from his father at an early age. Then, applying his natural engrained abilities of creativity, financials, & managing steered him towards creating & contracting homes for his clients. His greatest enjoyment is learning his clients and guiding early stages of planning to accomplish their desires, as well as working on fine tuning Your Homes procedures to be the best home building company to serve the area.
Today, it’s a privilege for us to guide our clients through the experience of building a home. Each team member within Your Homes, Designers, & Trades, are appreciated for teaming their talents to accomplish what build each day. A home is one of the largest investments one will make into their lives, positively impacting their family and friends. We are happy to use our talents to build all of YOUR HOMES.
