YOUR HOMES was started by Tim Schollaart in 2003. Originally named Tim Schollaart Builder, but as business grew, Tim decided to change the name to Your Homes in 2019.
It began with Tim’s PASSION TO SERVE others. Starting with using talents in carpentry learned from his father at an early age. Then, applying his natural engrained abilities of creativity, financials, & managing steered him towards creating & contracting homes for his clients. His greatest enjoyment is learning his clients and using his knowledge & experience to build a home matching their lifestyle & design style.
It is a privilege for us to guide our clients through the experience of building a home. Each team member within Your Homes, Designers, & Trades, are appreciated for teaming their talents to accomplish what we build each day. A home is one of the largest investments one will make into their lives, positively impacting their family and friends. We are happy to use our talents to build YOUR HOMES. I could not be happier with the quality of our condo. As a new build, we have faced many challenges due to the pendemic and shortages in material. However, everyone including our PM has been really involved in making sure we are notified and up to date on the progress. Very professional and was onsite when necessary. Tim who is the builder does care about his clients and makes sure they are satisfied. All the subcontractors do quality work. There were fixes that needed to be done post build and they were on top of things, everything went smoothly and we are very excited to live in our community. I would definitely recommend Your Homes to our friends and family. We also allowed people to walk through our condo to get a perspective on quality, layout and higher end finishes.
